BOOKING POLICY
1. CHECK-IN is 3:00 pm local time. Early check in is subject to availability & will incur a charge of $50.
2. CHECK-OUT is 11:00 am local time. Late check out is not offered between Memorial Day & Labor Day. Outside of summer, it is subject to availability.
3. ROOM KEYS are provided upon check in. Lost keys may incur a charge of $100.
4. NO SMOKING. This is a non-smoking property. This includes all indoor/outdoor public spaces, residences and private balconies. Smoking on the premises will incur a $250 fine per incident. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
5. PETS. No pets permitted.
6. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE & RESPECTFUL at all times while on the property. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
7. DEPOSIT. A 30% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
8. HOSPITALITY FEE. All Event, Groups, or Buyouts are required to pay a mandatory 5% hospitality fee.
9. DAMAGES. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning; the replacement/repair cost will be charged to your security deposit on file. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
10. CANCELLATIONS. Full refund of your deposit with notification 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: Forfeit cost of entire stay or reschedule trip dates. No show: Forfeit cost of entire stay
11. PROMOTIONS. Promo codes are only available to use when booking direct through the hotel. They cannot be combined with other offers & cannot be retroactively applied.
12. BEACH BADGES. Complimentary beach badges must be checked out from the front desk & returned upon check out. Any damaged or lost badges will incur a charge of $125.
13. AMENITIES. By using any of the amenities provided on our property, including but not limited to the public decks, bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, guests acknowledge and agree that the hotel is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur. Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and well-being while utilizing these amenities and agree to use them at their own risk.
No refunds will be given after check-in.
