Our serious wedding professionals focus on every detail to ensure a successful event.
We offer ceremonies in three areas: our indoor facility, our outdoor lawn and the beach, one short block away from our hotel and restaurant. There is no charge for ceremonies, no matter where they are performed. Ceremony rehearsals are also complimentary and we are on hand at the ceremony site to coordinate the seating, processional, recessional and receiving line.
Discounted room rates are offered to any of your guests that stay over. We can also block rooms beforehand.
Below are some sample wedding menus. We sit with you to create your custom menu. Vegetarian, Vegan and dietary options are always available.
There are no liquor licenses in Ocean Grove, which works as an advantage to our clients, since you purchase the liquor, beer and wine and there is no mark up at our end. We can work with you to develop a list.
Prices for Wedding Receptions are reasonable, since we are not charging for alcohol. We customize the menu to your needs. Our package includes hors d’oeuvres for cocktail hour, appetizer, salad and entree for dinner, confections after dinner and custom wedding cake.
We have 16 guests rooms and many of our clients hold all of the rooms for their guests to book – now your event has become a destination wedding. This allows the guests to continue the party after the reception, and they gather again the next morning for our complimentary Continental Breakfast!

“Best Wedding Venue Ever”
“I had my wedding at the Majestic this past weekend and it was so special and magical and the staff made my day so easy and perfect. I would give 6 stars if I could. When I first started looking for wedding venues, I was really discouraged because I thought we would never find a place to hold our 65 guests at a price we could afford. While I had found the love of my life, I was disappointed because I felt like we wouldn’t be able to celebrate our wedding in a way that felt special. Luckily, we found The Majestic because my sister-in-law had her bridal shower there 6 years ago and we ended up having the best day of our lives. I really can’t say enough good things about this beautiful, cozy and comfortable place! There were a million little special touches that the staff added without me even asking that all added up to the perfect day. For example, a printed menu with our names on it, bringing up extra mirrors to the penthouse so the bridesmaids could all get ready, running out for extra beer so we could keep the party going. All of my guests had a great time and some are so impressed with the venue that they are planning to come back and vacation at The Majestic even though they had never been to Ocean Grove before. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and the prices were by far the most reasonable we found anywhere. We were able to have everything we dreamed of and stay within our budget. Bob, the owner, ran around to get things done and make sure our day was perfect. He and his staff, Christina and Natalie, were accommodating and friendly to the point that we felt like we were being treated like family. Not only did they meet our needs but they went above and beyond and anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had! We had the wedding on the lawn, the cocktail hour on the patio and in the lobby, dinner in the dining room and then an awesome dance floor back in the lobby. Our guests rented out the whole place so we were able to keep the party going in the penthouse later. It was so perfect for all of our family to spend time together for the whole weekend and we will be returning to The Majestic for every life event and beach vacation in the future.”

“My wife and I had the good fortune of holding our May 9th wedding at the Majestic Hotel in Ocean Grove, NJ. There are not enough superlatives in the dictionary to describe the tremendous job done by Bob Valente and his fine staff. We wanted a low-key, drama-free weekend, with friends and family arriving from out of the area. Bob not only understood our objectives, but he took the time to make sure that our weekend was as calm as a wedding can be. Throughout the planning process he listened to our ideas, added his own suggestions based upon his experience in the industry and helped us make decisions that enhanced our wedding experience. From the menu to the cake to the seating arrangements, no detail was too small and no element was overlooked. His suggestions regarding florists, photographers and bakers were first-class. The accommodations are classic and comfortable and the food was out of this world! From a casual buffet dinner on Friday evening to a multi-course feast after our nuptials, the cuisine exceeded our high expectations. And throughout the weekend, our guests were treated like royalty.
