Our Spring, Summer and Fall Wedding Seasons

Our Spring and Summer Wedding season has come to an end – What great weather we had for our beach ceremonies! When the beach was crowded with bathers, we did two ceremonies on the fishing pier, just above the beach with the ocean as the backdrop. This worked out well – it eliminated the wedding guests from having to walk on the sand (hard to do unless you have flip-flops), plus there were no sun worshipers and beach umbrellas in the background. When the bride walked down the aisle on the pier, the entire beach applauded!

After the beach ceremonies, the bridal party and immediate family stayed at the beach, pier and boardwalk for photos while the guests walked the short block back to the hotel for the cocktail hour in the lobby and the open air deck with ocean views.

We’re looking forward to a busy wedding season this fall. September and October are perfect wedding months at the Jersey Shore. The weather is perfect and the guests who stay over at the hotel for the wedding can enjoy a relaxing day at the beach.

For those wedding guests who book hotel rooms the night of the wedding, the party continues after the wedding is over. The next day, everyone meets again in the lobby for Continental Breakfast. It’s a perfect way to review what might have been missed the night before!

Many of our couples reserve the “Penthouse Suite” the day of their wedding.

It is an enormous suite where the girls can get ready – hair, makeup, etc. After the wedding, it becomes the bridal suite for the bride and groom.

We provide a list of preferred vendors – hair and makeup specialists who come to the hotel, as well as florists, officiants, photographers, bands and dj’s, all who offer excellent service and product at reasonable rates.

We do not charge referral fees and do not charge our clients for ceremonies – we take care of the ceremony set up, chairs included. We offer free ceremony rehearsals, whether outside or inside, and on the day of the wedding, we coordinate the processional, recessional, receiving line and guide the guests back to the hotel fr cocktail hour.bride-and-groom-on-beach-with-family
