Bia, a 60-seat European-style bistro, has opened in The Majestic,a newly refurbished boutique-style property just one block in from the Atlantic Ocean on Main Avenue. The restaurant is open to the public as well as to The Majestic’s shore vacationers and corporate clientele.
Guests at Bia will discover an updated European bistro menu in a completely refurbished, contemporary dining environment. Soothing earthy tones, gleaming wood floors, subdued lighting and flickering candles create a warm and welcoming environment with a distinctly New York vibe. Guests will feel cozy with year-round dining also available on a 24-seat heated and enclosed side porch.
Executive Chef Kristopher Greene oversees Bia’s kitchen and develops its seasonal menu. Chef Greene is also the executive chef at The Majestic’s award-winning sister property, The Mansion Inn in New Hope, Pennsylvania.
Chef Greene is an accomplished culinary professional with a career dedicated to study, preparation and innovation in international cuisines. With proven expertise in culinary design and kitchen operations, Chef Greene works to craft the best of traditional cuisines into a new fusion of tastes and textures.
